Free logo digitising - the only embroidery studio in the world that doesn't charge

Most embroidery suppliers charge $40 to $80 per logo just to convert your file into a stitch file. For a uniform program with a few different logos - main logo, sleeve mark, the team mark - that's $150-plus before you've ordered a single garment. We don't charge for digitising. Anywhere. Ever. Your logo arrives as a PNG, our digitising team builds the stitch file at no charge, and you skip straight to production cost.

We're the only embroidery studio worldwide that does this. We've checked.

Why custom embroidered uniforms

Embroidery outlasts print. A logo stitched in quality polyester thread doesn't peel, crack or fade through dozens of wash cycles, and won't soften the way DTF or screen prints do over a season of daily wear. For staff uniforms that need to look the same in month 12 as they did on day one, embroidery is the standard.

It also reads as premium. A clean embroidered logo on a heavyweight polo or quarter-zip looks like a brand that's paying attention. The cost difference between a printed and an embroidered uniform shirt is smaller than most managers expect; what you spend up front you save on replacements.

Hospitality. Cafe staff polos, restaurant aprons, kitchen-side tees, front-of-house hoodies for the off-season. Lightweight cotton blends in summer, heavyweight fleeces in winter.

How the ordering process works

Step 1: Send us your brief. Email support@rkthreads.com with your logo file, approximate quantities, sizing breakdown and target delivery date. We'll come back with a quote within one business day for most enquiries.

Step 2: Logo digitising at no charge. We turn your logo into a stitch file in our Melbourne studio. Free, every time, no caveats. The file is saved for future reorders. If you want to see the digitised version before we stitch, we'll send you a draft for approval.

Step 3: Production. Two weeks from approved digitising to dispatched. We can prioritise rush orders for an additional fee; email first so we can confirm capacity.

Step 4: Reorders. Same logo, same two-week turnaround. The saved stitch file lets us go straight to production. Most uniform customers reorder once or twice a year as new staff come on.
